MTD Balance Platform
| |
| The Multifunctional Platform |
Range of applications:
Exercise (training), measurement and documentation of stability (endurance), balance, static and dynamic coordination in different positions (e.g. sitting, standing) of the trunk, the upper and lower extremities, cognitive therapeutical exercises for neurological indications such as apoplexy, multiple sclerosis, m. parkinson, infantile cerebral paresis, peripheral paralysis and orthopedic indications, for example after fractures, prosthesis, endoprosthesis and ruptures of a ligament |

MatScanŽ System
| |
| Mats canŽ, a low-profile floor mat, captures barefoot plantar pressures and forces for objective, quantified data to support diagnosis and mode of treatment. Unlike traditional tests, MatScan provides insight into foot function and biomechanics, and identifies regions of high plantar pressure to Screen patients on the basis of foot pressures, function and postural related problems and identify foot pressures, foot function and some gait parameters. Monitor the progress / efficiency of foot function during rehabilitation or muscle training. |

Identify plantar pressure profile discrepancies between left and right feet and asymmetries during stance phase .
Perform in-depth analysis of foot function by isolating the heel, midfoot, and forefoot during stance phase and Identify areas of potential ulcerations, Monitor improvements in balance, sway, strength & weight bearing |
